At this level, we move beyond performance into leadership voice, influence, facilitation mastery, and institutional credibility.

This is where speakers become authorities.

During this 8-week program…

You will be trained in:

  • Leadership communication and executive presence
  • Coaching psychology and facilitation skills
  • Training design and delivery

  • Managing difficult audiences and high-stakes communication
  • Negotiation, persuasion, and influence
  • CAA standards, ethics, and certification systems

This training is advanced, practical, and assessment-based.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • Duration: 8 Weeks
  • Sessions: 2 sessions per week
  • Session Length: 3hrs
  • Delivery: Physical or Hybrid

Each phase includes:

  • Advanced speaking simulations
  • Coaching and facilitation practice

CERTIFICATION

Upon successful completion and assessment, participants will be awarded the professional title:

🎓 CAA Certified Master Coach (CCMC)

This is the highest certification issued by Confidence Academy Africa (CAA).

This certification authorizes the holder to:

  • Train and coach others professionally
  • Facilitate confidence and public speaking programs
  • Represent Confidence Academy Africa at events and institutions
  • Lead CAA programs, cohorts, and initiatives

 

By the end of this program, you will be able to:

  • Communicate with authority and leadership presence
  • Train and coach others confidently
  • Facilitate groups and learning sessions professionally
  • Handle media, interviews, and high-pressure communication
  • Represent CAA with credibility and excellence

Program Investment: ₦500,000 / $1200

This includes:

  • Full 8-week advanced training
